If you set it up to accept modem connections (value 128 in mask in
fbb.conf, or using the m-command with the "eu <signal>"-command when in
fbb) users may connect to the bbs with telnet without having to use a
password. This as long as the password is not set by the user or by the
sysop using the w-command in the "eu <signal>"-command.
If this is a bug or feature depends on your security model... :-)
