[xfbb] Moving bulletins to new xdFBB?

Hello,

I am just in the process of setting up a new system to replace the current
BBS here. The old system is running xd7.00g21 and the new, xdFBB7.04

I was wondering what the best method of copying/moving the bulletins
across, maybe export to a file, copy across and then rename to
mail.in? Sorry, not sure, as not done this before.
