XFBB and ax25 Util nodes

Was wondering if anyone has had any experience with connecting to their
Linux ax25 util Nodes at other then a 'level4' connect. This means that
while you as a user/sysop can call out to a local node and then back to
yourself; connecting to your node - with its SSID, this works fine. And
this of course would be a level4 connect. However, a local user out there
connects to the NOde (-7) and can't get anywhere with it. He sits at the
prompt and thats it.

Now, if that same user out there decides to connect to one of the ax25
ports (ie: -9 etc.,) then he enters it as if its a node and can do all the
fuctions that the node allows. Such things as being able to connect out to
other systems/nodes, or to do a NOdes' listing , or connect to PMS etc..

Is there a way to have the Netrom node ( -7) operate in the same way;
where a caller can connect direct to the netrom node and do all the same
things that can be down to the ax25 ports???
