FWD problem...

I have recently started using telnet forwarding via internet to take the
place of a broken path. My problem is that forward is very slow. I will
get offered a bulletin, give the OK, and it will take me from 6 to 20
seconds to respond with the OK. Any ideas on what or where to look for
this ?

Any ideas appreciated.

I could not think of any other things to include off the top of my head.
If any other details are needed, just ask and I will include.

Many thanks !
