Using javAX25.

javAX25 is open source and hosted on sourceforge.net.
javAPRSSrvr is not open source, but is free for amateur radio use.
javAPRSSrvr is fully supported and maintained. It provides open
interfaces for anyone to write IGate or server adjunct functions.
Currently, there are open source (to users of javAPRSSrvr) interfaces
for AGWPE, KipSS, and Linux ax25. javAPRSFilter (Roger Bille, SM5NRK),
javAPRSDB, javAPRSIGate, and javAPRSDigi are supported adjuncts.
