twlog and twclock release

    I have made some upgrades to twlog, and version 2.2 is now available.
    The Help feature has been divided into sections, and improved. It is
    also searchable. The log editor now has a basic search feature too.

    Also, there was an problem on my web page and the latest version of
    twclock, version 2.2 was not available. This is fixed now.
