What would be even cooler, but may be impractical, would be to have
the soundcard receive/send AX.25 1200 baud on one channel, and be
able to speak using Festival on the other channel.
That would give Xastir users the speech output plus the TNC
functionality with no external hardware other than the PTT circuit.
It would alleviate the need for the external TNC in my vehicle.
Probably not easily possible though, right Thomas?
