The ax25 library, libax25 has been released and is now available on
sourceforge. Version 0.0.11 is available at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=24545

It is a bugfix for the blocking/non-blocking io problem that affects
node and other similar programs, nothing else was changed.
