    IPPD had a bug in that it misinterpreted the DONTFRAGMENT flag as
    MOREFRAGMENTS, thus dropping packets (since it doesn't support fragmented packets).

    The attached version should have this fixed, and should now work with
    linux.

    The reason you're seeing this is because 2.4 now sets DF fairly often, while
    2.2 apparently didn't.
