NETROM patch

Hi,

in case people are wondering, the NET/ROM patch I recently sent here is
now in the official kernel tree. To be more precise it's in 2.4.19-pre2.

The patch can also be used with 2.4.18 if one doesn't want to upgrade to a
pre-kernel.
