The most current status information (including the transponder matrix
schedule) is available at: http://www.amsat-dl.org/journal/adlj-p3d.htm
I'm not sure which AMSAT website you're talking about. Some material at
the AMSAT-NA (http://www.amsat.org) site is a little out of date but
not severely so. AMSAT-UK (http://www.amsat-uk.org) is fairly current.
Exactly what services will be available on 9k6 hasn't been announced,
as it seems the RUDAK is still being comissioned. Informatiuon on RUDAK
status is maintained here:
http://www.amsat.org/amsat/sats/phase3d/rudak-u/status.html
I'd be happy to help out folks interetsted in satellite operations,
including AO-40.
