    Hi Terry,

Thank you very much for the reply and a Happy New year to you.

I thoughty I would find someone here who know about what I have done.
What I really would like to do is, have my PTC-II act as a Gateway between
HF PACTOR and AX25 PACKET or to have my PTC-II talk to my JNOS in a
    LINUX BOX.

I know that SCS has a firmware that allows you to make your PTC-II a
modem that provides IP over SLIP, but I am not interested in that since both
ends on HF must use the same firmware and hardware and then again IP
over HF is a bit too much to desire!

An HF PACTOR to PACKET Gateway is not too much though, so please
let me know when you have some solution that I could implement in my
Linux Box here. BTW I use SUSE 7.3 with 2.4.10-4GB kernel.

So please let me know when you have something ready.
