I just started investigating this. I think I found a couple of places
where the kernel netrom code "leaks usage count" (ie. increments
dev->refcnt and never decrements it).

I'd like to know if people see the problem if not using NET/ROM at all?
Does the message appear if you never even load the netrom module?
