I can't help you with the site in question, it is network unreachable.
But, I can help you with Linux/NetMeeting interoperability. The HOWTO doesn't
really reflect state-of-the-art in any case.
What I use is a package called 'gnomemeeting' which is a Gnome-based NetMeeting
work-alike.
You can find it at:
It's really fairly slick now. It supports audio, video and directory, but
doesn't support application sharing, that's Microsoft proprietry and hasn't
been reverse engineered yet.
