    I've not looked at that bit of the code, but yes, it certainly routes to a
    digipeater (I dont know if it observes the "not-yet-digipeated" bit, but I
    imagine it would).

    I have axip forwarding partners via digipeaters, and only need the ax25ipd
    entry for the digipeater, not for the end station.
