I'm well aware of that for the SENDER, but I've seen that for the
RECIPIENT when a NET/ROM node tries to connect to me in the past !!!

I haven't ever seen that in use, so have to assume that's a convention
local to .se (Sweden?). As Ken and I are both in the UK, I replied
quoting what I've met over here.
