    I am trying to compile this program, however I get the following from
the config.log

usr/bin/ld: cannot find -libs
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
failed program was configure
failed program was confdefs.h

I am using Mandrake ver 8.0, and am at a loss as what to do next. Anyone
that can help ??
