Well, what I can say is that it is possible because any of these systems
have software to make AXIP encapsulation. In Linux you can use the "axipd"
application to get a working link or you can use LinuXNet which is a
node software that uses Linux AX.25 interfaces among other drivers
(including AXIP and AXUDP ports) and also supports FlexNet Routing
Protocol.
In FlexNet you can use AXIP driver (IPPD.LZH) available in FlexNet
