Hi Folks, I have Red Hat 7.0 installed on a spare drive on my W98
machine. I want to be able to login to my Ham Radio Linux machine using
    SSH from this machine.

I have tried a compile of ssh-2.2.0 on my Red Hat 7.0 machine but it
aborts with errors. Does anybody know if this is a problem with the
    kernel version which is 2.4.6.

Is anybody running SSH with my configuration Red Hat 7.0 / Kernel 2.4.6 ?
If so which version of SSH are you using ?
