solution for usermode soundmodem ptt problem

Hi!

Problem: With Kernel 2.4.x and (usermode) soundmodem-0.4 the ptt-line (serial port) flashes for
only few msec.
Solution (quick and dirty): In soundmodem-0.4/soundcard/ptt.c insert "return;" in function
pttsetdcd, line 114.
Drawback: the DCD-signaling on the serial port is disabled.

Any other suggestions?
