Thanks, I overlooked that in the dreaded xml config file. No X11 on this
box, only vi :)

It might be RFI, because since I moved my monitor, I get an indication of
RFI on the screen (flicker) when I TX. The antenna seems to be OK, so I
think that I will inspect the mic cord.
