    Hi Gareth and others on the list.

    I have similar problems using the ax25 utils with kernel 2.4.x... and I
    have been told that a patch is needed , or a fix of some sort that will
    allow our trusty ax25 utils to be used with the 2.4 series kernels.

    So - a fix apparently is needed and we are all waiting for it..
