    Robert,

    I just recently installed the AX25 stuff on a RedHat 7.1 system. The system
    hangs when you try to reboot it. I have traced this back to the ax0 connect on
    the system. The only way out after that is to hit the reset button. :-( And
    you cannot do ifconfig ax0 down. This will hang the system also.
