Hello, my name is Ruben.
We are running a Packet Radio gateway in Elche (Spain)
It is running RedHat 6.2 with 2.2.19 Kernel.
The problem is with arp frames.
when we try from our server a tcpip link over radio to other system, we have
the problem that our linux sends a lot of qst frames in little time:
1:Fm EA5RKE-4 To QST <UI pid=CD Len=30 >[04:06:16]
ARP: len 30 hwtype AX25 prot IP op REQUEST
sender IPaddr 44.133.3.31 hwaddr EA5RKE-4
target IPaddr 44.133.3.25
1:Fm EA5RKE-4 To QST <UI pid=CD Len=30 >[04:06:17]
ARP: len 30 hwtype AX25 prot IP op REQUEST
sender IPaddr 44.133.3.31 hwaddr EA5RKE-4
target IPaddr 44.133.3.25
and then:
[eb5esx@linux eb5esx]$ ping eb5esx.ampr.org
PING eb5esx.ampr.org (44.133.3.25) from 44.133.3.31 : 56(84) bytes of data.

we can't do the link.
routes are running ok and...
if we define arp manually in our server it runs ok.
Please....could you help me?
Thank's in advantageˇˇ
Please...excuse my poor English.
