Greetings all,
I am trying to set up the user space soundmodem. I can get it
configured so that it runs, but it gives me an error of:
sm[386]: ioctl: SIOCSIFNAME invalid argument (22)
sm[386]: mkiss: cannot set ifnmae to sm0, using ax0 (old kernel
version?)
Is there something that I could be forgetting in the kernel? I am
actually running the most recent kernel (2.4.3), not an old one. I've
looked over my kernel configuration, and I could not find anything
amiss.
I suppose I could just use ax0, but how do I set up smmixer and smdiag
to use the ax interface?
Thanks for reading this, and 73's to you all
Jason Stewart
