    Are you sure you need two tunnel devices?

    I've got a system with two tunnels which go out of two separate interfaces
    (eth0 and eth1) to two separate destinations, but I use tunl0 for both of
    them. The routing table sorts out which way it goes.

    Let me know if this helps, or if you need more information (or maybe I've
    misunderstood the problem).
