    Hi, Ted:

I wrote my own, to get AX.25 working with a KISSed TNC:
    http://gelm.net/HOWTO-AX25-linux-kernel-2.2.x.html

If you are primarily interested in attaching a KISSed TNC2 clone
to your linux kernel for AX.25 protocol,
     maybe my link will help.

I have yet to try 'node' as, so far, linux AX.25 implementation
seems wholly interested in implementing the AX.25 interface as a
network device, rather than as an AX.25 ((radio)modem) interface.
