Compiling AX25-Tools under kernel 2.4.0

While attempting to compile AX25-Tools under Kernel 2.4.0, I ran into
problems. The error message stated that the struct list was malformed.
The solution to the problem was commenting out the '#ifdef __KERNEL__'
and '#endif /* __KERNEL__*/' lines in /usr/include/linux/list.h. After
doing this, I got a clean compile.

I hope this helps anyone else who tries to compile AX25-Tools under
Kernel 2.4.0
