    There's a DOS scp client called "pscp" included in the PuTTY program. I
    like TeraTermSSH better as a terminal, but it doesn't have the scp utility.
    pscp can be used independently of the PuTTY program, and it works fine
    from within a DOS window (it's a command line program).
