new ax25-config and LinKT beta releases

    There are new test-releases of ax25-config and LinKT 0.6.99
    available:
    ftp://1409.org/pub/ax25-config/ax25-config-0.2.0pre3.tar.gz
    and
    ftp://1409.org/pub/linkt/linkt-0.6.99-001211.tar.gz

    ax25-config does now support multiple devices and SCC
    cards. Thanks to Walter, DG0AN, who is working on this
    project. ax25-config is menu driven configuration script
    for the ax25 subsystem similar to "make menuconfig"
    of the linux kernel.

    LinKT 0.6.99 is a packet radio terminal for KDE2.

    These are test-releases, ax25-config is not fully
    translated to english language in this version and
    LinKT lacks up-to-date documentation and may have
    other problems.
