Hi Brent and others,

I have had exactly the same problem. In the end, I just agreed to it and
changed all my ax25 config files, axports etc to ax0.
If you can't beat them, join them :-)

Yep. Same here. No PTT.
My work-around was, to build a passive VOX, that works off the TX
audio. Now, I don't need PTT signalling *and* I can leave the zip drive on
parport plus have a TNC on /dev/tty0 (my computer is a notebook
PC...only one ser. port)
Works great.
> Anyone have any suggestions?
Admittedly, my suggestions are somewhat lame :-)
Nevertheless, I'd be interested to know how it is done properly.
