    Great.. I've started work on it. So far, just the configuration
    code, which I have modified quite a bit to handle multiple
    ports with different destinations, different GATE2RF lists, etc.

    It's also a good chance to smarten up the code. For example
    I no longer have a limit of 64 entries for GATE2RF etc, they
    are now stored in a linked list.

    The big challenge will be getting it to actually do something
    with the additional ports! Quite a bit more restructuring
    will have to go on yet eg move more of the code into C++
    objects so that multiple objects can be instantiated.
