    I do not understand the above statement.
    Are you saying that installing AX.25 is 'off topic' in
    linux-hams ?

    I do not want to learn about 'compiling options'.

    I just want to allow a linux application (xFBB v700g21)
    use a KISSed TNC-2 clone.
