Hi,
Does the KISS code in Linux (2.0.36 Redhat 5.2) support CHECKSUM'd KISS ?
(Like BPQ), if so how do I enable it.
Recently we have seen an increase in the number of corrupted NODEs
appearing in all of our local NODES (BPQ, Linux + other systems), which
seems to lead to problems with XFBB (7.00g) crashing each time it tries to
open a forwarding session (This is happening on both systems that run XFBB
locally).
It has so far proved impossible to trace any individual source (the
corrupted enties appear to come from 2 different directions) and in order
to try an eliminate the problem we are looking at changing all the local
systems that use pure KISS TNC's to using CHECKSUM'd KISS.
