Go to your nearest RedHat mirror ftp site and get the libax25, ax25-tools,
ax25-apps and node RPMs from the Powertools section.

Also you will have to recompile the kernel to enable AX.25 features. They
are not enabled in the distribution kernel. (Unfortunately that can't be
done with RPM, I think.)
