It means what it says, no such device.
If the PTC II will not work in kiss mode you wil have to use TNT or DpBOX
(i think its called that,) they support host-mode, linux itself does not.
If it is a true host only tnc you cannot directly use kissattach or even
ifconfig to activate the PTC II period.
Possably you can use a combination of TNT/DpBOX/MKISS or even net2kiss, i
cannot say because i dont know pif about a PTC II.
Why not place your scc card into the linux machine, you can then use my
examples at; http://people.zeelandnet.nl/pa3gcu to get it all going.
