Hi everyone!
I have already posted messages to this mailing list about this subject,
but so far I had no replies.
Well, after several months of tests, with RSPF Daemon, I still can't put
just two nodes exchanging RRH and Router Bulletins. When a node sends an
RRH ping, the other one receives the packet, but RSPF says that the packet
checksum is wrong. It arrives with checksum 0x2040 (always), but the
receiving stations says that it should a different one. The receiver's
calculated checksum is different every time it receives the ping from the
sending stations.
Both stations are using RSPFd v1.0. Using 0.9 is the same thing.
The receiver station doesn't update its routing table with the IP
addresses received from the adjacent router.
I hope there is anyone with some knowledge about this subject to help
me. I have contacted Craig Small by e-mail, but so far I had no luck.
Thanks in advance for the help.
Regards,
Jorge Matias
