ppp-on?

    Hello.

    This is not a strait ham problem but I am sure somone of you can tell.
    What is wrong with pppd when I use ppp-on as a users.

    I have made links in /bin to /usr/sbin/pppd and /usr/sbin/ppp-on

    As user:-

    [hala@sm6tpn hala]$ pppd

    [hala@sm6tpn hala]$ ppp-on

    [hala@sm6tpn hala]$ su -

    [root@sm6tpn /root]# ls -l /usr/sbin/pppd
    -rwsr-xr-x 1 root root 120020 Apr 10 1999 /usr/sbin/pppd
    [root@sm6tpn /root]# pppd
    [root@sm6tpn /root]# ping 192.176.59.70

    64 bytes from 192.176.59.70: icmp_seq=0 ttl=51 time=202.0 ms
    64 bytes from 192.176.59.70: icmp_seq=1 ttl=51 time=210.0 ms
