I've updated the sockets-enabled aprsd to version 2.1.3.
Now available from http://aprs.cloud.net.au/aprsd.shtml

There could be bugs in the serial TNC code. (I'm not sure
why anyone would use my mods if they were going to use
it with a TNC anyway, but it is supported.) The sockets
code seems to be working fine though.
