If th log program is done properly it should not matter what database is
used, as long as the right SQL commands are supported.

Instead of using MySQL, could I use PostgreSQL by virtue of both databases
being addressable in SQL?
I already have PostgreSQL installed for use with the CLX DX Cluster
software.
Incidentally, from reading the respective descriptions, none of the above
packages offer CW facilities, so they are probably not of much use to CW
ops.
The example 30 m CW QSO given with DHLog is indeed correct :-)
