Hi Tomi

That certainly sorted the problem but I had to do a bit of jigging in the
ax25-tools/ax25/Makefile to define HAVE_AX25_FWD_STRUCT to get it to build
axparms with the -forward available.

Bit of a pain on a remote site :-((
