It used to be that my system noticed when I got routing broadcasts over
an AXIP connection... they'd show up in /proc/net/nr_nodes etc. Now
they don't, even though I see them when running listen. How can I re-enable
this behavior? I'd prefer to selectively control it so I don't get
every node worldwide showing up... just the local ones.

I managed to connect to one callsign that was sending broadcasts so I know
AXIP is working fine otherwise, both directions.
