    ssh is liked against libwrap.a, so you can use the tcp_wrappers
    mechanisms (/etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny) to locally control
    who gets access.

    man 5 hosts_access
    man 5 hosts_options

    (as well as relevant sections out of the sshd man page). It works
    very well.

    As for user account expirary times, check /etc/shadow and its man
    page.
