    Hi Chris,

    Certainly didn't notice the problem myself, as elm put my message in order
    (making it the most likely suspect). I'm running a reasonably stock RH 5.1
    with a few updates and the AX.25 utils 2.1.42a

    RPMS used:

    sendmail-8.8.7-17
    elm-2.4.25-12

    Kernel is 2.0.37, running on a Toshiba 100CS laptop.

    I'll have a look at an elm upgrade first and see how that goes.
