No. I have made a patch against 2.2.13. This patch has been sent to Alan Cox to
be included in next kernel. I don't know if it will be in 2.2.14.
If somebody has the information on how to program the frequency to other
transceivers than ICOM, I'll be very interested in putting this in the KCT
library. Today it only programs ICOM tranceivers.
I will upload this patch and the tools to my site but I need to write some
documentation before.

I made a patch again predict and it works fine, sending azimuth, elevation and
frequencies to upload and download transceivers.
