    Hello, Kai!
Thank you very much for helping me!
I have just recompile my kernel...Strange things! The problems with
modproblem was not solved, but I lost my ax25 !!! This is what I see during
    Linux startup:

modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module tty-ldisc-5
kissattach: Error setting line discipline: TIOCSETD: Invalid argument
Are you sure you have enabled MKISS support in the kernel
or, if you made it a module, that the module is loaded?
    axconfig: port kiss not active
ax25d: no AX.25 port data configured
    axconfig: port kiss not active
    ...................
proc on /proc type proc (rw)
modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module nls_cp437
    .....
modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module char-major-4
    .........
Kai, I include with this mail my .config file, maybe you can help me?
BTW, after compiling a kernel I do make modules and make modules_install.

73 and thank you very much again!
