You say "telnet" if the remote stn, has the login program running and
not linux node to listen for logins, you will need an account on the
remote machine to be able to login.

I'll bet you really mean some i can login to others not right.?

BTW; did we once speak on HF ssb, were you not the Russian who
speaks a little Dutch ??.
