I am rebuilding our club BBS and would like to use Linux as the
preferred platform.
We have been using FBB 5.?? for DOS, using a DRSI PCPA4 card. I have
not
had any success getting this DRSI card working with Linux. I have been
given
the authorization to do what ever it takes to get it back up. Most
people want to
keep the FBB type interface. I personally prefer the xNOS (TNOS,
JNOS).
I am wanting to know what the best way to go is for a replacement radio
interface/TNC.
for use with XFBB. I feel that a KPC-9612 would be a good choice
because of the dual
ports. We have a 1200baud network with a 9600 'backbone' I have not
been keeping up
with the digital controllers much over that last couple of years, so I
do not really know
what is out there and am looking for recommendations.
TIA
