The archive of this mailing list is a good source. It can be found at
http://hes.iki.fi/archive/
Furthermore there are current HOWTOs in German and Spannish. You could
run them trhough babblefish for an English translation.
The German AX25-HOWTO can be found at http://www.ardos.de/gerd/axhowto/
Look in the mailing-list archive for the url of the Spannish version.
