APRS gateway

I have an APRS "IGATE" running here (RF -> internet only)
using the aprsmon software that comes with aprsdigi. (I don't use
the other gateway software (whose name eludes me at the moment)
because I use a soundmodem, not a TNC).

Anyway, we're thinking about linking the RF network here with one
in another part of the country by relaying over the Internet.

Does anyone know of some software which can take the IGATE (TNC data)
feed from a remote internet host and transmit it on a radio port?
If not, I could write something -- I don't think it would be _too_
difficult. I just don't have much time at present.

thanks
